Terms of service

Last updated October 18, 2026.

These terms form an agreement between RK Ventures, part of the Timeless Group of companies, established in the United Arab Emirates (“Pipevoy”, “we”), and the organisation that signs up for or uses the service (“Customer”, “you”). If an order form or master agreement has been signed, it takes precedence where it conflicts with these terms.

1. The service

Pipevoy detects buying signals, identifies stakeholders, drafts LinkedIn invitations and messages, classifies replies, helps book meetings, and syncs data to tools you connect. Features vary by plan as described on the pricing page or your order form.

2. Accounts and users

You are responsible for your users, for keeping credentials secure, and for activity in your workspace. Each LinkedIn account connected as a sender must belong to, and be connected by, the person who owns it.

3. Your responsibilities

  • LinkedIn. You are responsible for the LinkedIn accounts you connect and for complying with LinkedIn’s terms, including its User Agreement, which restricts automated activity. You decide whether and how to use Pipevoy with LinkedIn accounts and accept the risk that LinkedIn may limit or restrict an account. Safety controls reduce that risk but do not remove it, and we are not responsible for actions LinkedIn takes.
  • Lawful outreach. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process prospect data and to contact prospects, and for complying with privacy, anti-spam and marketing laws in the countries you target.
  • Review of AI output. Drafts, classifications and signals are generated by AI and can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. By default you review and approve each message before it is sent. You are responsible for messages sent from your accounts, including any you choose to allow to send without approval.
  • Opt-outs. You will honour opt-out requests and not re-import people who opted out.

4. Acceptable use

You will not use Pipevoy to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; to harass, threaten or abuse anyone; to send deceptive, discriminatory or unlawful content; to impersonate anyone; to target minors; to scrape, collect or resell data beyond what the product’s features provide; to circumvent limits, safety controls or security measures; or to interfere with the service or other customers. We may suspend accounts that breach this section.

5. Customer data

You own your data. We process it to provide the service as described in the privacy notice and these terms. Where we process prospect data for you, we do so only on your instructions and to provide the service. We may create aggregated, anonymised statistics that do not identify you, your users or any individual, including public benchmarks published only when at least three workspaces contribute.

6. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties, including hosting (Vercel), database and authentication (Supabase), LinkedIn connectivity (Unipile), AI models (Anthropic), payments (Stripe), email (Resend), and integrations you choose to connect (such as HubSpot or Cal.com). Their availability and terms are outside our control; your use of them is subject to their terms.

7. Fees

  • Free trial. New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial. No payment method is needed to start; to keep using the service after the trial, choose a plan.
  • Billing. Fees are as stated on the pricing page or your order form at the time of purchase, exclusive of taxes. Self-serve plans are billed through Stripe, monthly or annually in advance, and renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your plan stays active until then.
  • Refunds. Fees are non-refundable, and we do not refund partial periods, except where required by law.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will let you know and retry. If it is not resolved within a short grace period, sending is paused until payment is made.
  • Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of a price change, which applies from your next renewal.

8. Intellectual property

We own the service and its underlying technology. You own your content and the messages you send. You grant us a licence to use your content only to provide and improve the service as these terms allow. Feedback may be used without obligation.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care and use it only for this agreement.

10. Warranties and disclaimers

We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Otherwise, and to the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any particular acceptance, reply or meeting outcome.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, and each party’s total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Term and termination

Your subscription runs for the monthly or annual period you choose and renews until cancelled. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. After cancellation or termination, your data is kept for 90 days, during which you can ask us for an export, and is then deleted as described in the privacy notice.

13. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. We may update these terms; for material changes we give at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the product. Contact: RK Ventures, part of the Timeless Group of companies, hello@pipevoy.com.
