How it works
From a buying signal to a booked meeting
Five stages, three setup questions and one safety engine. Every message waits for your approval, or your agent’s, until you decide otherwise.
Five stages
What happens between a signal and a meeting
01
Watch for signals
Tell it what a good moment to reach out looks like. It checks for those moments every day.
- Job changes, hiring, funding and expansion, from LinkedIn searches and company websites, checked daily.
- Your own sources through the API, an inbound webhook, CSV, Zapier or Clay.
- Each signal scored 0 to 100; each account ranked by fit plus fresh signals.
02
Find the stakeholders
A signal is about a company or a person. Outreach needs the right person.
- People at the account are matched to your personas and ranked.
- Current role, tenure and recent posts are added, so drafts reference something real.
- Signal campaigns enroll matching people automatically, up to a daily cap you set.
03
Draft, approve, send
Every draft is written for one person, about one reason.
- The opener uses the signal naturally, never like surveillance.
- Drafts wait in an approval queue with the prospect’s context. Approve, edit or skip, in the app or over the API.
- Approved messages go out in working hours, at uneven intervals, under limits. Follow-ups stop the moment someone replies.
04
Handle replies
Replies are read and sorted so you only spend time where it counts.
- Every reply is classified into one of eight intents, from interested to opt-out.
- Interested replies get a suggested answer with your booking link, for approval.
- An opt-out ends every sequence for that person. Anything uncertain goes to a human.
05
Book and follow through
The meeting is the goal, so the work continues until it actually happens.
- Bookings through your calendar link are matched to the conversation and fire meeting.booked.
- Mark meetings held, no-show or qualified. Contacts, companies and meetings sync to HubSpot.
- A no-show gets a short rebook note, drafted for approval, at most twice.
Setup
A campaign from three answers
Answer three questions and it writes the sequence: an invite and up to four follow-ups, in the language you choose. Preview any step on a real prospect, edit it, or add A/B variants.
Business
What you sell, to whom, and why it matters. Pulled from your company profile; edit anything.
Goal
Book meetings, start conversations or drive event sign-ups. Pick the persona and the ask.
Messaging
Tone, length, language, number of follow-ups, things to avoid, and whether to A/B test.
Underneath every stage
Safety, testing and reporting are built in
Account safety
New senders ramp 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% over 4 weeks. Defaults: 20 invites and 40 messages a day, 100 invites a week, in working hours only. A restriction pauses the sender.
A/B testing
Weighted variants on any step. Each prospect stays on one variant, and results are tracked all the way to booked meetings.
Reporting
One funnel from signal to held meeting, by campaign, sender, industry and variant, with days from signal to meeting. Compare against benchmarks.
Let your agent book the next meeting
14 days free with API and MCP access. No card. A person logs in to LinkedIn once; your agent does the rest.
